Azibo is a comprehensive property management and financial management software system that makes it easy for property owners and managers to cost-effectively run their rental property business in one place.

Stessa is primarily a financial management tool.  It does have some property management capabilities but they are more expensive and have limitations relative to Azibo.

Free platform
Azibo does not charge a platform subscription fee. Our platform and all core features are free to property owners.
Stessa offers three plans, one is free but with many features behind a paywall. Subscriptions are paid annually and can cost you up to $336 /year.
Free ACH rent payments
Azibo does not charge renters or owners / managers fees for ACH rent payment transactions.
Stessa charges renters a fee to pay their rent via ACH. The ACH fee can only waived on the most expensive plan.
Credit/debit card payments
Azibo supports both credit and debit card payments. Renters pay a 2.99%, there is no fee to owners / managers.
Stessa does not support card payments.
Free accelerated payouts
All payouts on Azibo receive our fastest payout speeds (as fast as 1 business day) - at no cost to owners.
Payouts on Stessa take up to 3 to 5 business days. Accelerated payouts (3 business days) only available on their most expensive plan.
Collect rent into your existing bank account
Azibo lets you collect rent into any bank account, and you can connect as many as you want.
Stessa requires you to open up a Stessa Cash Management account to collect rent.
Portfolios to organize properties
Create as many portfolios as you want, for free.
Stessa limits you to one portfolio unless you are on their highest tiered paid plan.
Free bookkeeping and  accounting
Categorize expenses and create reports such as P&L, balance sheet, income statement, schedule E, and more - all for free.
Stessa charges for advanced reporting and for their schedule E.
Digital lease agreement creation (state - specific)
