Rocket Lawyer Service Terms
(i) Azibo licenses certain technology from Rocket Lawyer Incorporated (“RLI”), however RLI is not a party to these Terms of Use.
(ii) Except as otherwise limited by these Terms of Use or any additional terms of service imposed or required by Azibo, Azibo grants User a personal, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable license to access, deploy, use and integrate the Website in connection with User’s active account for RLI’s services (the “RLI Services”).
(iii) Any information that Azibo collects, stores, or processes from User or the systems User uses to access or deploy the Website, including data, will be subject to these Terms of Use, Azibo’s privacy notice, and similar terms that Azibo provides to User.
(iv) User may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Services in whole or in part, or create any derivative works from, or sublicense any rights in, the Website.
(v) Each of Azibo and RLI shall maintain all rights, title and interest in and to all its respective patents, inventions, copyrights, trademarks, domain names, trade secrets, know-how and any other intellectual property and/or proprietary rights (collectively, "IP Rights"). The rights granted to User to use the Website under these Terms of Use do not convey any additional rights in the Website or the RLI Services, or in any IP Rights associated therewith. RLI shall be deemed a third-party beneficiary of the Terms of Use with regard to this subpart (v).
(vi) Azibo and User acknowledge and agree that in the course of providing the APIs for the RLI Services, RLI reserves the right to collect data and information created or entered by or on behalf of the User (including, without limitation, API calls and metadata, drafts, documents, signatures, payment information, questions and answers), and maintain such data and information in connection with User’s current or prospective RLI account. RLI’s collection and use of such data and information is subject to RLI’s privacy policy, not Azibo’s privacy policy. RLI shall be deemed a third-party beneficiary of the Terms of Use with regard to this subpart (vi).
