Integrated eSign services, a part of our partnership with RHAWA, allow members to sign leases a nominal fee of $9.99, with real-time notifications and status updates. All signed documents are automatically pre-filled with property information, securely stored, and easily accessible for viewing, printing, or downloading.

Financial and rent collection tools

Azibo simplifies rent collection by offering multiple payment options, including ACH bank transfers, debit cards, credit cards, CashApp, Chime, installments and paper checks, helping ensure timely rent payments and improving cash flow for property owners. Azibo uniquely does not charge ACH transaction fees to renters or to landlords for online rent payments.

Additionally, Azibo provides industry-leading financial tools designed specifically for property owners. These tools include robust real-estate specific accounting features such as an out of the box chart of accounts for real estate, a full suite of financial reports including real estate specific reports such as Schedule ofCap Ex and Schedule E, and the ability to automate bookkeeping uses sophisticated rules.
